My house has only been on the market for 3 weeks and my realtor is already calling and suggesting a $15K price drop.

How about we give it a minute and hang tight. I'll drop it after a month or more. Perhaps after an official open house. Not before then.

So someone buy my house and save me the drama. Say you read my blog and i'll drop the price by a few grand! =)
