We all know i'm a sucker for animal books. I've read about a million covering all sorts of subjects and all types of literary styles.
Dewey is a feel good book. It's about a kitten who is dropped off in an overnight book drop at a public library and is adopted by the staff. He grows up in the library and the book follows his journey from kitten-hood to adult menace.
Yes, I cried, but i'm a pansy so it's too be expected.
Dewey is hilarious and if you have a cat you will recognize your cats behavior in all of his antics.
Overall, a good read.
