Holidays 2009 - 2010 Part 3

Part 3 is a continuation of all things holiday.

We came home from DC and upheld a long standing tradition on my girls side of the family - massive cookie making. I think there were 8 or 9 different kinds...
and we made a TON of each.
A ton of cookies.

Then we went to a place called Coleman's Nursery - every year my girl went there with her family to look at all the XMas decorations.
Then we went to Busch Gardens for Christmas Town. This was their inaugural year and they did an awesome job. Every country was decorated according to cultural traditions, but it was freakishly cold in VA and we didn't bring our cold weather gear... it was pretty damn cold. Next time we are back East for the holidays we will def come here again.

Nicole was experimenting with lighting. Then she told me what to do.

Busch Gardens is a BEAUTIFUL park. Christmas Town is at night so hopefully sometime we go back we can go during the day. Problem is they aren't open during the winter typically, at least not day time, and I will die from the humidity if we have to go back in summer. haha. Anyways, they did an amazing job with Christmas Town. Awesome decorations. Cool exhibits. Delicious food. Totally worth checking out if you can. Plus next year, they are expanding it park wide.
