I don't want to jinx myself by getting too assured, but it seems the sale on the house is going through.

We should be closing on Friday the 13th. *spooky* 

Final repairs are being done tomorrow. Then the re-inspection and then the walk through.

THEN the house is no longer mine.

Who wants to celebrate on Friday? Def. going to need a few bottles of champagne!!
